We are fully focused on the priorities and needs of landlords and tenants.
We know how to manage property for optimum performance whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies and compliance with the various landlord/tenant laws. With our 'No let, No fee' policy and optional rent guarantee, landlords have nothing to lose.
And for our tenants we do not charge admin fees or registration fees. We will charge £15 for each person who signs the tenancy - and that is to cover the cost of obtaining credit references.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We offer a range of services including rent collection, property inspections and arranging routine repairs and maintenance.
We currently manage a large portfolio of residential properties, mainly in the North Down area.
